My name is Jason Wilkie , welcome to my new blog . I hope to fill this place with lots of interesting , amusing and sometimes outright boring crap that is going on with me in this crazy place called planet Jay.I think i will start with the topic of insomnia. Being a photographer i think it comes with the territory .I know a lot of photographers that are up chatting online , playing farmville on facebook , having cyber sex with a long lost cousin (unknown to them of course until a family member mentions them and shows you a picture of when you were ''little'' and playing together at uncle Dereks ! ), processing a gazillion pictures you have shot that day or just catching up with friends that live on the other side of the world that you have never met nor have any intention of ever meeting to see how they are (making out or even convincing yourself that you do actually care about them).I often find myself ,as i am now at 6-30am still awake when i should be sleeping , doing stuff(like starting a blog !) online that really could wait til a much more sociable time of day to complete. I have been a night owl for as long as i can remember ,even when having to go to work at 6am looking at the clock and getting my knickers in a twist about only having time to get a couple of hours in before a 12hr. shift that day. I think one day i will turn into a daywalker but for now i'l keep this little vampire thing going while i can . Damn , the first blog is always the hardest they say and they are right . See you again soon with something more interesting (maybe).
